TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting this online form, you agree to submit your personal data to One Meralco Foundation, Inc. (OMF), and allow the same to be processed and stored by OMF for purposes of tracking and accounting of pledges/donations received, communicating with donors regarding their participation in the advocacy, and other similar activities.

Please note that we will periodically publish the running total amount of pledges we receive throughout the campaign on our microsite at http://www.onemeralcofoundation.org/aesieap2019 for transparency. However, no other information, especially sensitive data about the donor, will be published in the said platform.

The names of confirmed donors (companies and their official representatives who have remitted their donations) might be published in multimedia platforms solely for the purpose of giving due credit/recognition to donors and advocacy partners. Information about the amount of their donations will be withheld, unless the donor requests the same information to be made public.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All Invoices/Billings and Payments/Donations related to this advocacy campaign shall come from and be made only in the name of ONE MERALCO FOUNDATION, INC. The Foundation does not authorize any other entity to collect payments/donations on its behalf, and its bank accounts designated to this campaign uses its corporate name as account name.

OMF will not be held responsible for any payments/donations made to other entities and accounts apart from its own.
